Michael is a Physical Therapist practicing in Kelowna who recently relocated from Ontario. A graduate of the University of Ottawa, Michael’s clinical approach is built on the foundation of thorough, comprehensive assessment. He prioritizes taking the time to understand the root causes of physical dysfunction, ensuring that every treatment plan is evidence-informed and grounded in a patient’s specific goals.

Michael’s highly-individualized exercise and movement programs are designed to restore function, improve resilience, and support long-term recovery. These programs are enhanced by soft tissue work, manual therapy, functional electrical stimulation, and dry needling in order to optimize recovery and manage pain.

His clinical experience includes serving as the primary therapist for a Junior A Hockey League team, where he managed acute sport injuries, concussion protocols, and return-to-play transitions. In addition to sport-related care, he has experience in post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain management, cardiopulmonary disorders, and geriatric care. Registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC), Michael is pleased to offer physiotherapy services to the Kelowna community in both English and French.

Courtney is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who works with individuals across a wide range of experiences, identities, and stages of life. She aims to create a space that feels grounded, authentic, and collaborative where clients can explore what’s been difficult, reconnect with what matters to them, and move toward meaningful change at their own pace.

Her approach is integrative and rooted in a strong foundation of evidence-based and trauma-informed care. She draws from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), person-centered therapy, somatic approaches, narrative therapy, and incorporating mindfulness-based practices to support awareness, emotional regulation, and self-compassion. Courtney is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which she may use when it feels appropriate and aligned with each client’s goals.

Courtney works with a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, life transitions, identity exploration, and the impact of past or ongoing difficult experiences. While she supports people from many walks of life, she has further experience working with young adults as well as individuals living with persistent pain. At the same time, she avoids a one-size-fits-all approach. Therapy is always tailored to each person’s unique context, strengths, and values.

She views therapy as a process of building a different kind of relationship with thoughts, emotions, and the body - one that allows for greater flexibility, resilience, and choice. Whether someone is feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for a space to better understand themselves, Courtney aims to meet them with curiosity, care, and authenticity.

Courtney is registered with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors.
